It all started with three chokos.
In the early 2000s, Michelle received garden fresh chokos from her childhood neighbour Uncle Des - a simple act of kindness that planted the seed for something bigger.
Today, Plant It Forward grows that spirit - bringing people together through fresh produce, flourishing gardens and a shared love of growing good things for the planet.

Our Mission: To help make Australia a Blue Zone - where people live longer, healthier and more connected lives.
What makes Blue Zones thrive?
🌱 Strong community ties and connection to nature
🥕 An abundance of fresh, nourishing produce
🚶♀️ Regular movement and low-stress living
This is where Plant It Forward comes in - growing gardens, growing community, and growing wellbeing

Plant It Forward is a platform that helps neighbours grow and share fresh produce and flora - from backyard veggie patches to balcony lavender pots and windowsill greens.
Whether you're a passionate grower, a side hustler, or a busy parent with a thriving garden, this is your space to connect, exchange and enjoy homegrown goodness.
By encouraging local pick-ups and drop-offs on foot, we’re also helping reduce vehicle emissions - no middle person, just neighbours and community members connecting with one another, one plant at a time.

From hardy succulents to fresh lemons, discover the fruits of your neighbour’s garden.
Connect locally, share home-grown goodness and start exploring what's just around the corner.
